House Rules

The max capacity of our accommodation is 6 pax including kids. Guests or visitors who are not stated in the reservation are not allowed. 

Any changes to the reservation must be mutually agreed upon in advance.

A photo of your valid ID and a cash deposit of 8000p is required upon check-in.

Smoking, vaping, E-cigarettes are prohibited in doors but allowed in the open living room and outdoor areas.

Any form of drug use or illegal activity is prohibited.

Quiet hours: 11PM - 7AM

Parties or events are not allowed.

Balloons or any other decorations that may leave marks or residues are strictly prohibited.

Pets are not allowed.

Durian and mangosteen are not allowed. 

Commercial photography or filming are not allowed.

PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH ANY TISSUES DOWN THE TOILET INCLUDING TOILET PAPER.

Bouncing on bed is not allowed.

Using fragile container in the pool, running along the edge of the pool, or engaging in any other dangerous activities are prohibited. Kids under 13 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in the 1.3m deep pool.

Please take care of the facilities and use them safely. Do not move any indoor furniture or take non-gift items out of the villa. Accidental damage or loss to the villa will result in corresponding compensation.

Please conserve water and electricity and keep the villa clean. We provide housekeeping and towel replacement every 2 days, additional service is available upon request and extra fees.

Please keep your valuables in the safe provided, and ensure that you have purchased travel insurance that covers your stay. Banyan Villa Panglao is not responsible for any personal injury, personal belongings lost, property damage or other losses.

Late check-out after 11am without mutual consent will incur a charge of 6000 pesos every half hour.
